How do I know if my Apprentice is on track?
Once enrolled, your Apprentice will be given access to a comprehensive ePortfolio system, this is a digital platform designed to support, track and monitor their learning journey. This system allows them to meticulously track all their evidence of learning, skills development, and achievements throughout their apprenticeship. You can view the standard user guide for employers here.
As their line manager, you will also be granted access to this system, providing you with a valuable tool to monitor their progress closely. This access will enable you to gain insight into their development and progress, identify any areas where they may be excelling, and pinpoint specific aspects where they might require additional support or guidance. This collaborative approach ensures that both you and your Apprentice are aligned with their trainer in your understanding of their personal journey of development, and is designed to foster a supportive environment that encourages growth and success.
