# How do I track my Apprentice's progress?

## We give all our apprentices an eportfolio, which tracks all their evidence and Off The Job activity

As a line manager to an apprentice, you have the opportunity to access this system which can provide valuable insights into your apprentice's progress. This system allows you to monitor their development in real-time, offering a detailed overview of their evidence, off the job activity, test results and overall performance. By utilizing this tool, you can effectively support your apprentice's learning journey. This access not only enhances your ability to guide and mentor but also fosters a collaborative environment where apprentices can thrive under your leadership.

You should automatically receive a log in when your apprentice enrols, but if you haven't received this, please [email our systems support team](mailto:"OneFileSupport.FC"%20%3COneFileSupport.FC@shcg.ac.uk%3E) to gain access.
