# Is there funding available?

## Apprenticeship funding has changed a lot over the years

Apprenticeship funding can vary significantly depending on the size of your business and the industry you work in. Larger companies often have access to more substantial funding options, while smaller businesses may benefit from specific grants or incentives designed to encourage apprenticeship programs. Additionally, certain industries may receive more support due to skills shortages or government initiatives aimed at boosting workforce development in those sectors.
