We pride ourselves on having an employer responsive curriculum, but what does that actually mean?  In short, those we work with are vital to shaping our courses, and as our local employers your insights are invaluable in helping us tailor our offerings to better meet your needs.

We therefore brought together our Industry Advisory Boards where we invite you to come together to share your thoughts and experiences of our courses as well as the wider industry, ensuring that our programmes continue to evolve and provide the most relevant and impactful learning opportunities, whatever your business size or need.

We fully understand that for some within our employer network, especially those of you in small businesses, while you would love to attend these sessions and help us shape the courses offered, this means time away form your own business that you simply cannot afford.  We have therefore also created the option to opt in to short surveys for those who are unable to attend the quarterly meetings.  If you simply click on the link above, this will give you the option to get involved at the level that's right for you.
