What if something goes wrong?

'An Apprenticeship is a real job with a real employer' For an employer, this can hold challenges

It can be really daunting to take on and commit to investing in new staff.  Even investing in existing staff can feel like a double edged sword if that investment runs the risk of making them qualified enough to explore opportunities beyond your employment, but if you're willing to take that leap of faith, we believe the least we can do is support in it to the best of our ability.

We fully understand that employment comes with challenges, from navigating wage margins and profit margins to balancing the support of individual needs with business ones, it's a difficult area, especially for a small business.

If the Apprenticeship journey isn't living up to your expectations, whether that's because of your Apprentice, or circumstances outside your control,  the earlier we know about it the more we can do to help and support you.  Tell us about your problem here

As one of our employer partners, we can support you with additional resources, events and information.  We'll reach out with what we believe you may need based on what we know about you already, but if circumstances change, get in touch so we can help to get you back on track before it's too late
