How do I write a marketing email?
Marketing emails are great for letting our networks know about what's coming, or keeping contacts engaged who we are not yet fully working with
Using HubSpot marketing emails to reach prospects and keep warm leads engaged
HubSpot marketing emails allow us to communicate consistently and professionally with both new prospects and existing ‘warm’ leads from one central place.
- Reaching new prospects: We can use marketing emails to introduce SHCG, share relevant course or apprenticeship information, and invite prospects to events or open days. By segmenting lists (for example, by interest area, location or enquiry type), we can ensure each email is targeted and appropriate.
- Nurturing warm leads: For contacts who have already engaged with us (e.g. downloaded a guide, attended an event, or enquired about a course), we can build simple nurture journeys that keep them informed and interested. This might include follow‑up information, reminders about key dates, success stories, and personalised calls to action.
- Tracking and improving engagement: HubSpot automatically records opens, clicks and unsubscribes, so we can see which messages resonate, refine our content, and share best practice across teams.
