How to create and use forms

Whether collecting initial information, feedback, or gathering details, forms are a valuable tool

While Microsoft Forms may feel familiar, using a form within HubSpot opens up far more possibilities than simply gathering and viewing responses. Of course you can collect information efficiently and securely, but HubSpot forms also allow you to automate follow-ups, trigger workflows, assign ownership, and segment respondents—all in one connected platform. This makes it easier to keep all records accurate and up to date, ensures nothing is missed, and allows information to flow smoothly between teams. The result is a more personalised, responsive experience for both staff and stakeholders, while reducing the manual effort needed to keep everything moving forward.

Not all users have permissions to create and edit forms, but submissions can be exported to csv files if required.  Don't forget to ensure data security if you are needing to use this function!

If you want to gather customer feedback, or understand satisfaction levels, you might want to consider a survey rather than a form, but not all users have access to this.  Speak with a Business Plus or marketing manager fi you think you might need access to this.
