Why should I use hubspot as a Curriculum Leader at SHCG?

Hubspot is our group wide CRM that brings together all leads, enrolments and marketing activity for our employer networks

All employer activity whether leads, starts or just communications, is tracked within this system, so in order to have greater visibility of activity that is taking place in other departments and supports yours, or to be able to have live updates on what is happening with activity that largely takes place in other departments (such as apprenticeship enrolments, end point assessments or even employer transfers) this is a great place to find all the information you need, and will definitely save you an email chain!

Additionally, dashboards have been created to inform you of leads and planned starts in your area (as well as progress against these) which may be useful in the process of curriculum planning, and will allow you to see the progress against these in terms of numbers required for interview, group sizes and planned group needs etc.

Functionality has also been built to create consistency and support for IABs, and this can all be viewed in hubspot.  Currently curriculum leaders only have viewing rights to the system, but you can work with Business Pls team members to action items as you need to, and this still allows far greater visibility and oversight than we have had across the group previously.
